ASANI wins at the International Yacht & Aviation Awards

A TESTAMENT TO THE CONSIDERED DESIGN AND SHARED VISION AT THE HEART OF ASANI.

We’re proud to announce that ASANI has been awarded ‘Motor Yacht Over 40 Metres’ at the International Yacht & Aviation Awards 2025. Held in the heart of Monte Carlo at the iconic Hotel de Paris, the ceremony was a celebration of excellence in design and innovation. For ASANI to be recognised on such a stage is a true honour.

“Having been drawn to Benetti’s design due to its intrinsic connection with the water, the owner envisioned ASANI’s interior as a continuation of this philosophy.”

The award reflects the extraordinary passion, vision and craftsmanship behind ASANI – beginning with Benetti’s innovative B.Now concept, born from a desire create a yacht that feels truly connected to the sea. With exterior design by RWD, and naval architecture by P.L.A.N.A and Azimut Benetti, ASANI embodies a convivial onboard lifestyle that invites an immersive relationship with nature.

But the true magic lies in how ASANI’s interiors harmonise with the exterior spaces and natural surroundings, elevating the oasis-like living experience onboard. Brought to life through a collaborative process between the owner, Benetti’s Mauro Izzo, LASS Studio and Bergman Design House, her interiors exude an inviting and zen-like ambience.

“Having been drawn to Benetti’s design due to its intrinsic connection with the water, the owner envisioned ASANI’s interior as a continuation of this philosophy,” says Danella Hopkins of LASS Studio. “From this brief, we crafted an interior concept inspired by organic forms.”

ASANI is all about the flow between inside and out. The design team began with the selection of textures, colours and art – focusing on harmony and introducing subtle nods to nature and the ocean.

“We hand-picked materials that complement each other and reflect the yacht’s surroundings,” says Marie Soliman, co-founder of Bergman Design House. “The synergy of interior and exterior spaces becomes paramount, as clients seek not just a home on water, but a seamless lifestyle amidst the waves.”

“Each piece onboard celebrates either reflection, flow or movement, bringing energy to all the spaces,” adds Albin Berglund, co-founder of Bergman Design House. “Craftsmanship is the hallmark of opulence.”

The straw marquetry games table by Jallu in ASANI’s sky lounge is a perfect example. “What might seem like a humble, natural material transforms into sheer luxury when artfully arranged by hand,” Albin explains. “The result is a dazzling display of shimmer, captivating the eye and elevating the ambience.”

ASANI was always envisioned as a destination where craftsmanship and natural flow come together to create a sense of retreat. To have that vision acknowledged is both rewarding and deeply meaningful.

Here’s to ASANI – and the passion, vision and craftmanship that brought her to life.
